I would like to build an earthbag house on the family property. I’ve picked out a site, done a good amount of research, & am starting to draw up plans. Today I posted an ad looking for polypropylene bags & called the county courthouse to find out what kind of building permit I need. They said that I won’t need one…which I find hard to believe. We’ll see what happens.
